Intermediate classes

This session addresses the biomechanics of running and progresses the fundamentals of alignment and pelvic stability. Elastic resistance cords are introduced to aid muscle memory and sensory feedback. A small class setting facilitates in-depth assessment and exchange.

Prerequisite: Open to those who have completed a Mindful Strides Beginner class.
