Unlike traditional running clinics, Mindful Strides is all about technique. Whether you are a distance runner or a sprinter or multi-sport athlete, the instruction focuses on drills and movement patterns that will transfer to efficiency and speed.

Elite and novice participants follow the same learning path, building skill and body awareness as they progress.

Seasoned athletes improve their performance and those new to the sport avoid the pitfalls that can undermine their success.
