Classes & instruction

Unlike traditional running clinics, Mindful Strides is all about technique – running experience is not required. Instruction focuses on drills and movement patterns rather than group runs.

Elite and novice participants follow the same learning path, building skill and body awareness as they progress through the class levels.

Seasoned athletes improve their performance and those new to the sport avoid the pitfalls that can undermine their success.
